What Makes Us Different?
Well, Me! I am Rebecca Beverly, owner of AAA Appraisals and I run 24hourhomeappraisal.com. I am a native San Diegan, born at Mercy Hospital, and raised in the communities of Clairemont and University City. I have resided in many of the great neighborhoods throughout the county of San Diego. I got my start early on “holding the tape” for my father, a VA appraiser in the 60’s and 70’s. I trained under the guidance of a former MAI President, (Member of the Appraisal Institute) completing rent surveys, operating expense worksheets and general office appraisal detail. My field work as a residential appraiser began over 30 years ago. Although I have been primarily an independent appraiser, I have spent some of my career as an institutional appraiser where I have received multiple awards for volume, turn time and accuracy. My success is a result of being available and willing to work hard. I would love to put my expertise to work for you!
